For nationwide orders, we offer Standard UK Delivery at a rate of £4.95 (Prices do Vary depending on the Weight of the package/delivery). This service is available anywhere in mainland UK and usually takes between 3 to 5 working days after dispatch on a tracked service. If you're in a rush, we also offer Express Delivery at a rate of £8.95 (Prices do Vary depending on the Weight of the package/delivery). This service is available anywhere in mainland UK and usually takes between 2 to 3 working days after dispatch on a tracked service. Please note that both of these services are not available on weekends and bank holidays.
We use a variety of couriers, including Royal Mail and DPD, and we also personally deliver orders in Luton. If you need a shipping update, haven't received an order confirmation email, or haven't provided your email address during the checkout process, please contact us.
We understand that events beyond our control can cause delays or make it impossible to deliver your goods. In the event that you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct delivery address, and we'll get it updated for you. If the order has already shipped, we'll contact the courier and request a change of address. However, please note that this may cause delays or even loss of the parcel. Therefore, we cannot refund or replace the order while the courier is trying to locate the parcel. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the parcel is returned to us or is declared lost or damaged by the courier. Please ensure that you have provided the correct delivery address details and check them when placing your order and on the tracking email provided when we dispatch your order.
